The five exceptional young talents from Vorarlberg got to know each other through numerous successes in competitions and share a passion for sophisticated chamber music.

All members study at the music academies in Vienna and Nuremberg and at the same time gain orchestral experience with the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Dresden, the Vorarlberg Symphony Orchestra and the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra, among others.

The combination of joy of playing, striving for perfection and innovative spirit characterizes their programs. In addition to classical masterpieces of wind quintet literature, the ensemble also devotes itself to experimental formats, most recently a multi-sensory “Klangvolle Sinnesreise”.

Concert appearances have taken the ensemble to the Schlosskonzerte Walpersdorf, the Schattenburgkonzerte Feldkirch and the Rheingau Music Festival in the 2024/25 season, among others. The quintet reached the semi-finals of the ARD Music Competition 2023 and was awarded two special prizes.
