No two concerts are the same, no two pieces are the same and the instruments don’t always play what you expect.

The quartet, with its unique core line-up of recorder, viola, piano and tuba, develops new musical spaces to introduce and inspire the next generation to music and culture.

The four biographies are as colorful as the repertoire of this exceptional ensemble. Together they have found a “musical dialect” on stage that has never been heard before! Jeunesses Musicales Deutschland awarded them the honorary title of “JM artist” and the OPUS KLASSIK 2024 (formerly Echo Klassik) in the category of promoting young talent for their commitment as music and classical music ambassadors.

Their association BROTHERS FOR MUSIC e.V. is committed to new music education projects and New Classical Music. They have been curators of the Meisterkonzerte Würzburg since the 23/24 season. They are regular guests at renowned festivals such as the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, the Gezeitenkonzerte, Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele, Heidelberger Frühling and Mozartfest Würzburg.

Family concert “Elements”

In their family concert, the four brothers take up the recorder, tuba, violin, viola, piano and…. their magic wand! They not only make the four elements of nature resound musically, but also bring fire, water, earth and air to life as if by magic.
